Argentina - the Macri Administration consolidate their power

With 80 percent of the voting population having attended the polls, and Cambiemos winning across most of the country, Mauricio Macri and his young team have consolidated their power. Peronism will now have to  look for the few local victors of the movement created by Juan Perón in 1945, and think hard on how to organise a truly decomacritic party, now, in the XXIst Century.

There is little doubt that these results will also give other countries in South America food for thought.

Last but not least, in the realm of Clean Energy, one of the recurring concerns of our blog, it means the consolidation of the state policy regarding Renewables, a strategic policy launched by the present Administration under the RenovAR Plan.
